Getting Help

For the fastest help, include the following in your message:

• A short description of the issue or question
• Your device and app version (for example: iPhone 15, iOS 17.4, Electric Pants v1.0)
• Steps to reproduce the problem (if applicable)

Common Questions

Feeds not loading?

• Check that the URL is a valid RSS, Atom, or Reddit feed
• Some websites don’t offer public feeds
• Try pulling down to refresh

Need to import feeds from another app?

Electric Pants supports OPML import. Export your feeds from your other reader as an OPML file, then import through Settings in Electric Pants.

App crashing or behaving unexpectedly?

Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please email us with details about what you were doing when it happened.
